I'm messing around with the layout of the new site, but if anybody would like to prepare some articles and stuff for it (maybe from your archives of F-Body documents, etc.), or could put in some links (the portal software has a complete link list administration), you're welcome to do so ... let me know and I'll give you the link the entry point ...
Tnx!

What about one section of websites to jegs, summit and places like that. That way its just one click away. Plus, I am sure some people know about sites others may not.

Yup, that's one type of links we need ... I started it out with BMR, but there's a lot more (many are listed on the current FBE link page)

I like that idea as well. Would it be feasible to add a section where we can give feedback on these sites as well? Such as "Summit personnel are great and the prices are good " and/or " Jegs has no customer service and will overcharge you in shipping". This can give other people the info that they need to make a decision as to where to spend their hard earned $$$.

Need to check, I know the CMS I'm using has some third party patches/addons to allow commenting on articles and news, dunno about Links ...

If you have a collection of sites, possibly already sorted by category, can you send them to me? Typing them in is a lot more work than inserting them into the database directly ...

Anything specific you like and would want to see?
Anyway, thought about having a Camaro and Firebird of the month, changing one of the two bi-weekly ... let the member say something about him/herself, and the ride ... this will require the members to help, though ... don't want to make anything up, and my own supply of F-Bodies is slightly limited ...

Nothing really caught my eye except how they have chapters. Dude, I just asked them about "Kill Stories," never thought about it till now but I guess they don't have a free rein in the staes like we do here.
