Man this forum has really slowed down. I remember there was at least 10-15 new posts a night, and they were mainly kill stories. Now its not uncommon for there to be a week almost of dry spells with no new posts. What happen to all the kill stories and bullshit forums? Hawk was one of the biggest killers in the club now I hardly see him post. Silas you need to get some kills soon I am missing all the stories we used to have on this board. Hell it was fun just reading the heated debates that used to go on here. I know alot of you are probaly saying "Ahhh he is a Stang driver" but I own a Camaro too a nice 80 Camaro. Its just not my killer car thats what my stang is for. I just wouod like to read some kill storeis on the bahn more often. ( I miss the BAHN!!) Well hope to read somthing new soon. Hell I might start a bunch of rival "He said POOP" between mustang and chevy just to get things on a ball. (JOKE) Keep me posted Silas on the beast. I also still have your dyno run on tape if I get the chance I will send it to you just shoot me your address.
Mike

And what make you think that would burst my bubble? Nice to hear it was addressed.

Holy crap. Well here is my excuse and I am sticking to it I just bought a house and I am working on it. I have completed front and back driveways had to dig about 2 dump truck loads of dirt and cement. I did the garage Hawks bedroom. Built a german kitchen in and pretty much rewired the house outlets and lights. I am currently doing the patio trying to get it done before I get froze solid on my hands and knees. The last big thing my wife wants is another room the attic will be turned into a master bedroom with shower and walk in closet. Hawk is running fine actually has more power than ever likes to chew on the cold air. However I plan to stick a bigger cam in it and maybe a electric water pump. I may have to put some kats on it before it makes the journey.

Mike, kills are down probably due to the fact that it's getting colder, and the weather isn't like it was over the Summer anymore. I'm sure it will pick back up next year when the weather gets warmer.

I also think their because peoples rides were down or they were deployed.

I understand about cars being down . I got both the camaro and mustang engines pulled out. I am putting another cam in the camaro and getting the heads milled and refreshed with new rings. The stang is getting a new crank while I build my stroker. I know the weather is sucking over there but just like hearing about everyones kills and upgrades. Hawk sounds like your wife is running you ragged. As far as the weather here in N.C. it is 80 degrees all week (thought i would rub that in). So Hawk you will get plenty of driving weather when you arrive. John I will be looking forward on those pics and time slips. Jack have you heard anything on your car and what killed it this time?

The motorways round here are so congested, it's difficult to get a good kill. Besides which, they're mainly a bunch of tossers. No fun claiming you killed a demonically driven 206CC or a "what was he thinking of" Audi A4.

Just for enlightenment, my mate with a 94 TA had a run-in with an Evo VII and ran him down several times every time he got on it and then blew him away at 125mph.

Somehow the pistons are screwed.. I'm not sure how to explain it just yet, so stay posted.. I'll probably find out later this afternoon.. If I need new ones, I think I might as well upgrade while it is down... I just don't know if I really want to keep it, so I will be doing some serious deciding this weekend. :)

I dont think I could sell it if I was you. You have put so much money and time into it. You are easily a low 12 or even 11 sec car if you had slicks. You ran with my stang and I run 11's here and all I did was add slicks and bumped up my fuel pressure by 8 lbs. Other than that it is the exact same car you raced when I was there. And I barely beat you I am talking maybe a foot we were door to door most the way. God that was a good race. I miss racing over there because I knew everyone and it just made it a lot more fun. Over here the racing is great but the a lot of the people(not All) are kind of snobish. (KIND OF LIKE THE HOLLANDERS) And think that everyone is out to steal there mojo when you ask them what they are running. While they were at my car 5 mins ago asking me the same question and I give them a complete build sheet. There everyone know what you are running because more than likely 3 to 5 people probably helped you put it together so you could make the races. And john have you looked in the new summit they have a real nice LT4 intake by GM performance for 229.00 dollars. Looks real sharp I didnt know if you may be interested. They also have the complete LT4 coversion kit includes everything from heads to cam and intake with roller rockers. Here are the part #s Just intake is NAL-12550630 and the whole LT4 kit # is NAL-GMP3287-1 it runs for $2,289 just to let you all know. And if anyone needs heads ported or anything like machine work I have a good machine shop here who does it all and are very good and with very reasonable prices. I know how much it costs to have it done there it would be cheaper to send it to me and I ccould get them done here for you. And again if you having trouble finding somthing drop me a line and I can get it for you. I have at disposal at least 4 performance shops. And many junk yards. Now my next question how hard is it to squeez a 383 stroker in to a 1995 camaro here is the catch its a 3.8? Does the k- member in it work or will it need to be replaced? Ansd what about the tranny? with a new bell housing will it work? It will be carbeurated too. So bless me with your knowledge.

There we go, more Camaro talk!!! How about a pic of it in your signature? I miss seeing that beautiful 2nd gen... I do believe there was a kill mentioned in this post. 8) It is hard to get kills when the traffic is bumper to bumper all the time or when your car is parked. :( And it's no fun when it's just some dumb kid in a stock Civic with stickers and a chrome waste paper basket exhaust tip... well, it is just to prove a point, right? True, there is no challenge and it's not as exciting as running door to door...

There you go SSz28 she is in the middle of getting a new face lift so it should be running stronger by spring. Getting the heads milled and a new cam. I am hopeing to get it into the 13.0 range which I think it will. It is for sale if anyone is interested. It doesnt cost much to ship to Germany. Just 1200 dollars. And I live on the east coast so I will drive it to port no fee to get it there.

I am in the middle of getting minor body work done to it. ( fixing the front spoiler) And getting a new cam for it with milled and freshened up heads. I am considering going with pop up pistons for a 10.5 compression. I am also giving it new carpet and the whole shibang on the inside. If I can find a 700r4 trans I will put one of those in it so it can be drove on road trips. It sucks only having 3 gears and 3:42 rear end it makes all trips very long. But I dont plan to do any of this till after christmas. Got to buy gifts first. The reason I am selling is because I have to many cars 2 mustangs !1 camaro and 1 gmc truck. So One has to go and I decided on the camaro. It has the least amount of money invested.

what is the compressin with those pistons on 64 cc heads? I want to bump up the compression to a 10.5 I have been looking on the net for a good aod and I founf some nice 700r4 and 200r4 for very good prices with handing up to 500 horses. ANd they go for 1300 dollars which is reasonable. I could sell my th350 easily it is already beefed up and has a race shift kit.

These are stock LS1 pistons and make 10.1 CR with the stock LS1 head.
