I read a report yesterday about how taking showers could cause brain damage.
True story. Vaporized magnesium or something like that found in water isn't harmful when drank but in a shower it becomes a vapor and when inhaled goes straight to the cerebral cortex and attaches itself. Weird.
Then there was the 28y/o guy from Ohio that was convicted of being a sexual predator last week in Ohio. He was driving down the street when a little girl ran out from behind a parked car. He swerved, missed her, and stopped to scold her. He jumped out of the car and grabbed her by her arm and told her how much of a bad girl she was. Apparently we now live in the times of Minority report. The judge opined that those were actions of a sexual predator and that he had to convict him of being a sexual predator because of what the man was capable of doing.
How about Judge David Souter? Swing vote on the Eminent Domain case. Gotta love this BS. He was the swing vote that paved the way for governments all across America last month to seize land for whatever use they want. Previously land was only able to be siezed under emminent domain for the greater public good. I.e. roads, schools and critical government needs. Now, in Conneticut homes will be siezed and destroyed because the taxes from a new mall will be more than what the homeowners are paying.

An Island that is owned by Souter is being petitioned be siezed under eminient domain and for a "Freedom Hotel" to be built on this island. The taxes generated by this hotel would be far more than what he pays. All they have to do is convince 2 out of 3 town council members. So we'll see.
So...other news of the weird anyone? Anyone else glad they live in Germany right now?
