Yeah but eight shots to the back of the head . That would be considered a little too excessive. I imagined after the third shot there really wasn't too much left to shoot. But hey I wasn't there . And yes I would of shot him myself if in that situation.

Question is, was he really running from the police? Did he know they were chasing him...if he did, then something was wrong with that man...espeically after what happened

I find it funny. Sure the guy didnt know the police were chasing him, Ya right the Police over in England are the most proper police in the world.

Also, please remember that the policemen chasing him most likely were in civilian clothes, not the usual "bobby" uniform ... what would YOU do if you had a couple armed men charging at you?
It's bad times when you start being more afraid of the country's officials than of terrorists or other criminals ... and it looks like Europe (and the US) is heading there in a fast pace... Only problem is, many people don't notice it, as they want to be "protected" ... I don't think giving up personal freedom can (or should be) be warranted by any measures ...

It's chitty on both sides right now. How much do you want to be protected? How much risk are we willing to accept?
What would have been said about it had he really had a bomb and was ready to self detonate?
