I will be bypassing the smog pump on my 92 Camaro soon and putting headers on it also. I just want to know if that will mess with my EGR system and if so what is it going to do and how do I fix it or get rid of it. Also if I do get bypass the smog pump do I still need to buy the headers with the smog tubes on them?

You can block the EGR , also if remove the smog pump, then you don't need the tubes for the headers. You can actually make this stuff work , and it won't cost you horsepower.
