Hi everybody, im thinking about to put a little more power in my LS1. Mabye a new cam. Free ram air and exhaust is don. What do you guys says about it???

Well that is a good start. One thing you want to keep in mind in drivability. Also reliability if you get a high lift cam you will need some good valve springs and retainers. Look on ls1tech.com and go from there. You could get 450 wheel horsepower on a mild set up.

You may want PM Garry . Ibelieve he has the setup you may want to copy or closely copy that should be pretty good for power and yet won't get you into much trouble with the authorities.

Thanks for info guys. I woulden't do that by my self. My mechanic buddy has make me an offer to do that. So i just want to know what do you mean about it. He is a pretty good mechanic for US and special for LS1 here in cologne with his owen garage. International-Motors-Cologne is the name of his garage.Mabye someone know's him.

Jo, it's Till and his buddy Markus, they do good jobs on ls1 engines. I hope we come together for my tunup with the price , but i know Markus many years. Till just a couple.

Look at Texas-Speed.com. They have head and cam packages that are proven to put you over the 400rwhp mark. Cheap too. They will tune your computer also. They are just a little slow on the shipping so you have to stay on top of them. Good luck with the build.

Tuning is cancled for the next time , my wife (she means the LS1 has enough power)wanna make a trip to cuba with me. Monday is travelday.
Mayby more power next year!?!?!?!?!
