I want to add this to my car and found it is a bolt on to all LS6 and LS1 clutch and flywheels.
Has anyone done this yet and what are your driving impressions?
Thanks,

Hm ... so I could go LS7 instead of LS6 ... can you just forward the package?

yep, that is the new Ford blower, stole from the SVT department, haha,
I am picking that piece up Thursday from Frankfurt.
The LS2 and LS7 flywheel are the same, it is the pressure plate and clutch that is different.
If anyone is thinking about doing the install to a LS6 clutch assembly to their LS1 car, I think for about 20-40 dollars more you can get the LS7 kit at 489 or so and should be great for all of the cars in the 500HP range, plus about 30-40 HP overhead. I really think this is a great bargain from the factory when you look at the aftermarket ones costing about 1000 and not even rated. I have read somewhere someone using with 460RWHP all day long with no problems.

From what I've read they are good for street use, but not for the track. Repeated engagements or launches will cause it to glaze over. You can find several testimonials on the Vette forums.

the problem for me is getting an (used) ls2 flywheel......
maggies are nice i met the CEO at duttweiler's shop when he was running his 750HP ls series engine with a new blower on the dyno.
was quite impressive to see and what a enormous power at low revs too
