Shortest distance Karlsruhe to Kaiserslautern is about 60mi or so ... though taking the Autobahn will be a bit longer ...

This is getting ridiculous! What are the odds of this BS?! LOL! Ed if you are in Karlsuhre we'll come and get you! Do you know what time you are expected to arrive? If you aren't too tired that Sat I'll come and get you or would Sunday be better? If the weather is better the following weekend I can then come up for the dyno if you aren't fully booked. Here is my cell just in case something changes. 0175-284-2836

I just forgot you are tuning on Sat. DOH. Well, if you are available Sunday I'll come and get you. You just let me. This freaking weather is pissing me off. Hell I remember in 01' it snowed May 15th like 3 inches. That sucked monkey nuts.

We'll figure something out. I'll see how I feel when we land. I'll try and get to tuning right away. Silas you're first as far as priority. If I can do it on the 22nd I will. I can wait til Sunday to do the engine. We're supposed to get there at 11 AM or so. Thats if the flight isnt delayed. You know how that goes.

Ed, I've got an update for you. I imagine you may possibly be in the air or coming close to it so I hope you catch this before you go. As it stands right now I'm on stand bye for the Tow due to what the weather may be that Sat morning. If the weather holds the Tow will pick me up at 9 vs 8 as I have to call them to give the nod whether to do it or not a hr ahead of the original pick up. It'll take me 3 hrs max to the destination so that should be noon. I'll call Bruce that morning to find out how it looks down there and make the call from there. If you can come up this way--if you are not tired after your flight Sat let me know. I'll come and get you as I NEED this bad and can't do it during the week as we're in the middle of moving our offices next week. Freakin timin sucks. My cell # 0175-284-2836 Silas

Havent left yet. Wont leave til tomorrow. We'll make it happen however we need to work it out. I'll let you know lter today exactly what time we'll land. I thinks its right around noon. So that puts us in Karlsruhe to pick up a car by about 2, which could put me in Stuttgart about 3. I'll keep you posted.

Sweet, thanks for the number. I won't call you. As it stands right now I have a free day any day of the week next wk EXCEPT Thurs--mon I'd have to be back by 5 for an event I'm hosting so I'd rather not do this day. So if chit is screwy tomorrow I'll come and get whatever day you are free. That Sat the 29th I'll just bring it up for the dyno tune then. I hope the weather holds tomorrow. Silas,

Well I didn't make it. Not that's surprising to anyone. Tried calling Bruce but all I got was his answering machine so I wasn't sure he was there....I wanted to get his assessment of the weather. The folks at Mighty said it was jacked up in Stuttgart so I based my call off their info to kill the tow. Ed, I sent you a text on your phone but don't know if you received it. I tried calling twice after 3pm today w/ no luck either. Hope you made it in ok. I can come get you this week. Just omit Mon & Thurs and let me know. Silas,

I'm here. We just got internet service in the hotel, and dont have any minutes for our phone yet. We'll go out late today and buy some minutes. I'll make time for you Silas on either Wednesday or Friday. I'm gonna shoot for Wednesday so plan on that. I am available tomorrow, but that dyno isnt. I'm working on my motor swap today and Tuesday. You guys can call me and we'll start planning tuning. I'll be available most of the week.

Ed, glad you made it.
Is it going to be a possibility to visit the Ramstein area for road tuning?

I think I just spoke w/ your wife? Glad you made it in. She told me the weather wasn't that great yesterday either.
Wed sounds good. I can come get you unless you want to drive up here. You are a little over an hr away from what I can tell. Chevroletfreak lives 10 mins from my house too so it would be nice to kill 2 birds w/ one stone.
