hey James, yes it is a Bmw engine but not an m20?? but an S38 with some healthy boost..
And what the hell is NG ??
now i only have to figure out where to put the wastegate on it.
o yes and the oil spray piston cooling injector angle, and the special headgasket copper rings, 1000cc fuel injectors, programmable injection system , spearco air to water intercooler , new airbox , etc etc. hhhmmm not quite finished yet i'm afraid
come to think of it i'd better give santaclaus a bigger wishlist..

						Ah i see ,

it will be running NG as well.
But i think i will set it up for 2 different boost levels according to the fuel used.
Petrol at the track and NG for everyday commuting
Although NG has a higher resistance to knock you loose the cooling effect when injecting extra fuel (in case of very high boost pressure) infact then temp. goes up with NG
So i will be using pertrol for high boost and NG low boost (upto some 15psi/1bar)
Now i only need to find a big enough NG system capable of supplying that amount of fuel, and some special tricks to make sure the whole fuel system doesn't freeze when boosting

About the german tax: We pay for the engine size, per cubic. For example the Mustang: Normal registered, then converted to run both. Still pays regular tax as before, there is no tax for LPG - yet, since in the past there was almost nobody running on LPG - this may change in the future though. For the diesel engines we pay more, therefore the diesel fuel was not that expensive. "was". So the best way to go right now would be paying the german tax per cubic and drive on LPG. :
Just be aware that, if everything goes as planned, Germany will be taxing by CO2 emission very soon instead of cubes!
