Thunder Racing is an excellent company and they offer military discounts. The only problem is that they only ship on Fridays. So if you order on Monday, you lose 4 days waiting on them to ship.

Can you post a pic of it? I hope that it did not have any water in the bolt hole. I have never heard of an ARP bolt breaking.

I think there are special reverse screws made to take out broken screws ... think you have to drill a hole, then screw in that piece turning it left ... hope it's not stuck too hard ...

I will see if the Germans around hear have some I can buy. Also I looked on ls1tech and there were some people on there that have had the same problem as I did. I should have went with the studs.

The tool your looking for is called an"easy out", the local craftshop should have some. Drill in the center of the broken bolt and then screw it in and it'll back the bolt out. Had an intake bolt break and had to do it, really easy took 15mins.
