They told me I needed a 35 spline center section to handle 800hp. They quoted $1800 for the center section alone. They said a 31 spline would maybe handle it and that quote would be $1500 for the center section. $2000 for a comlete unit would be near imposible through these guys.

just a couple rambling observations

1. You need a 35 spline axle in order to pad this jackasses wallet.

2. Do you ever plan on driving this car in a corner again? I only ask, because it seems your being talked into a rear that is for a 1/4 mile at a time. A bone stock 8.8 would take you into the 11's, and a bone stock 9 will take you into the 10's.

I see 11's easy for all you stroker motor kinda guys, but 10's with just the motor you aint.
