At first glance I was positively surprised that you get this fixed for 1850USD only.
(Still its a lot of money) But I think the price is sound:
The GM price for the raw unpainted rear quarter panel is around 1000$ here in Germany. Exchanging is not easy as this has to be welded all around. Then comes the paintjob.
But compared with your little dent I had much more accident (and probably thrill) for less money
I paid 1600EUR (almost same as US$) for punching out the dent and painting the panel, door and front fender. I saved the money for the new panel.
