I need some help trouble-shooting a problem that I'm having. Last year I upgraded the clutch, master, and slave cylinder with parts from Cartek. For the last two mornings in a row, the clutch pedal has no pressure - I push it down and it just wont come back up. If I pull it back up and then pump it up and down it builds up a little pressure - but not much. Barely enough to operate the clutch. I've had to add fluid to the reservoir two mornings in a row now. When I check the fluid reservoir the next morning, the little bladder inside is fully expanded and I have to add mor fluid. I'm thinking slave cylinder, but I thought I'd ask around first for other suggestions.
Thanks.

BGB SS1 if you don't already know here are a couple names and numbers

Mr. Bilmier, Opel /GM/ Chevy- Amberg, 09621-678138 / 9.

Mr. Dannenberg, Opel/GM/Chevy- Lauf, 09123-967426.

Both are English speaking.

Both are authorized factory GM mechanics and will cost you some money, but they do decent work.

Mr. Dannenberg will work with you more and charge you less because Bilmier has all the customers ( closer to Vilseck) .

I can personally say from my own experience that you simply can not go wrong.

If you don't need to go to a dealer, BY ALL MEANS - fix it yourself or with someone good like Hawk-

...but...... If all else fails...... give them a call.. In the long run it would be good for your SS. You trust your life and the lives of your passengers with the capabilites of your SS. Don't take shortcuts.

I also have mentioned before that if something goes wrong, it may be symptomatic or a indicator of a bigger problem that may occur. Simply fixing the problem may not work. It may just be a "band aid" over a much deeper wound.

Many parts and mechanical systems are designed with a certain life span. and this life span is interrelated to other parts/ systems. Any good mechanic knows what I am talking about. So the problem may be much more complex than you think.

But better safe than sorry. DON'T GET ME WRONG - If you can fix it GO AHEAD... BUT IF ALL ELSE FAILS ... Call these guys. It will cost you some money, BUT YOU CAN'T GO WRONG. Other F-Body members in this area KNOW THEM as well.........

Just don't go too long with that problem... you could be causing further damage
