I am running the Polished D1SC kit with 8lbs of boost. I also have Holley 50lb injectors, Walbro in tank fuel pump and the 8 rib pulley. Might be some other small things I cant think of right now thou. I also put in a LS6 ported oil pump, Cloyes Timing Chain, LPE drivshaft and Moser 12 bolt rear. (33 spline, 1350 yoke, TA cover, 3.73 gears) Car is an A4. On a Mustang Dyno the car put down 460hp and 450rwtq. I also have a 224/224 568 114 cam (which is not the best charger cam), LS6 intake, springs and pushrods. I did the cam install last year so it was not all at the same time.

Did you change the clutch or add a bigger Radiator? On the link I provided before... which one would you get? Are you sure 50 lbs is the right one? Do you have enough HP for 50 lbs?

I have an A4 so I dont need to worry about a clutch. If I was an M6 that would be a major concern. 42lb injectors are all you need for the 8lb boost. I was just lucky and was able to get the Holley 50lbs for no charge. (they support up to 850hp) Right now the 50's are over kill but with proper tuning it runs just fine. But later on if I want to run more boost I can. I did not change my radiator. No need to. I got all my stuff from Exotic Performance Plus. I dont know about the kits on that link you gave other than I have the D1SC kit. But the picture is misleading. The kit has two intercoolers not one. I would call EPP and talk to them because Bob (owner) knows a lot about the subject and can help you out.

This might be a tad late but ATI now has an 8 rib pulley which takes care of the slipping issues. I konw this because my car has it. Just got the D1SC procharger. I like it better than the vortec setup. One plus is the charger works on its own oil system not the cars. TT is just a pain to setup I think. I enjoy my ATI but everyone has to make up there own opinion.

Not as late as me :)

It never really was the belt at fault even though only a 6 rib belt is ludicrous. It is the belt tensioner they use. They have made strides to better it for the mustang camp only, and have forgoten about the F bodies.

Hopefully they will get it together, but I dont really see them worrying about it, because they dont make alot of money off us. If you stay below 12psi I would bet you would never know the differance, but making above that will be the challenge.

The self contained Supercharger could be a personal bias but I like knowing when the car gets new royal purple, so does the blower. You dont have to tap the pan with the other way, but when you rebuild and put that fancy sheet metal pan on you can have a threaded hole put in :).

You cant go wrong with either one bottom line. Two great systems designed for two differant missions. Procharger = daily driver/auto X, Vortech = 1/4.

I hav an 02 Z28 with a Vortech v9 G-trim with a custome cam 224/230 114LSA and ported 6.0liter heads with 2.05 and 1.60 valves headers ORY and a Corsa cat back. I put 575rwhp down and ran out of fuel at @5400 rpms. I should be in the 650rwhp when the fuel problem is worked out etc... :D
