Checking out prices for sway bars and they vary wildly from over $400 for Hotchkis down to BMR and Spohn etc. However, I stumbled across a 1LE 32/21 kit with full poly-bushing mounting kit for $199. Any reason why it's so much cheaper or should I buy it?
LCA's - any good reason for having adjustables. I can see why you'd want an adjustable Panhard bar but not the LCA's.

Get the 1LE! As for the LCAs, you really don't need adjustable, unless you are a real perfectionist, and use a lot of micrometry!! :)
