Currently waiting on parts we (the Vilseck clan) will be doing a complete rebuild on the Hawks heart. The build up will consist of some new/old tricks in the art of making power shooting for 600 RWHP with more dependability than I had with my old setup. Cant say to much yet but when the wheels come up in second you will know I am not playing.

Can I have your "extra" parts when you are done? Like maybe that funny looking supercharger thingy that doesn't fit anywhere?
Sorry, had to ask...

Price for parts is cheaper than labor. However I need a couple weeks off to get it done. No blower or turbo for me.

Where did you get the idea that the blower was for you?

Engine /tranny out. Got all my parts and the pistons are wrong so I will be another week. These LS1 rock once you get inside it is old school in a modern light computerized block. BTW thanks to Rich, Don,Tyler for all the help. Should be up and running in two -three weeks waiting on the mail.

So are you in good graces with the wife? Don't worry my bird is still not flying. It flew one day and came falling to the ground. I've managed to burn up 3 clutch pack in the tranny. So she is down untill the parts come in. Maybe we will lock horns at the next test and tune.

Sorry to hear about all of the problems. Hope you get it running soon. Are any of the Vilseck clan going to Bitburg this weekend? By the way, are you having to sleep with Prince yet????

So what parts are you adding? I hear through the grape vine that you will still be in the top running.

I had enough power now I am trying to make it dependable. I should be around 480 RWHP  when complete of course that is a low guess. This kinda sums it all up and it is all good info.

Up and running all appears in order so far it seem to be more docile than before. But then again it has been slightly detuned from the edge sounds almost stock with a slight lope. I have not wound it up yet and I have given instructions to some of my friends to rap me side the head when I get stupid. It fired right up this engine building stuff is so cool actually It is as much fun as driving it. Many thanks to the Vilseck clan Don and Rich could not have had it done so quick without them. Thinking about opening up a engine shop after the army called B,R & :D D racing.
