I have a problem with my shifting, I have a 98 WS-6, automatic. It seems to hang in second gear, and the engine service light is on. Has anyone else had this problem, or anyone have any advice?

Might be your 2-3 clutch pack, as I had a friend who experienced this same thing and that is what it turned out to be.
