I know that this question was just raised .... but I'm going to have to bring it up one more time. I seem to be having a little trouble with my EGR valve system.... First question is what exactly is the EGR valve mod? 2nd does any one know how to exactly how to perform the mod? Finally, does anyone know what kind of performance bonus it might provide? Any help is appreciated.

I think as I was reading the last post you need to clarify are you going for the EGR removal mod or the one that modifies the plate to decrease or increase the valves operation.......

Not exactly sure what I want to do at the moment... I was thinking of a total removal.... but wouldn't that mess with my computer????
