As you all know, I'm a crack head. I really believe in the power of N2O. After all, the fastest LT1 and LS1 are all sniffing at least a 200 shot. Not being a fan of the stroker route (no offense John) I have been drawn towards the world of the supercharger. Now, I know that this will mean the quick and untimely demise of my motor, but if any of you were going to do it, what brand would you choose?

In my mind Vortech is the best (although pricey), but procharger has some pretty impressive setups. I wont own a powerdyne, but if that is your pick, tell me why.

This would be no more than a 8psi kit (6psi to start), until the inevietable 'kaboom', then would be a 10-12psi. I'm building a triple threat car, and I'm pretty sure it will eat most anything on the street and 1/4 mile with what I'm doing already, (that auto x thing I'm not sure of).

My original goal remains...............this bitch is a street car, and will never be trailered anywhere.

So lets here it.. That said, my MSD 6BTM is off the market.

I personally would go with the procharger. I have never heard anything bad about them and their kit offers an intercooler at no extra cost. The cost is only a little more than the vortech.

If I where to buy one I would go with the Intercooled procharger setup. I have a friend with a 12psi 12-16psi procharger and he screaming. There both very good really you can't go wrong with either of them.

Me the Vortech. Look at all the trim levels.....;) Though the aftercooler doesn't come cheap.

Rob.....I'm not offended either. :)
