Anyone have any idea of how long it takes? It seems I will be a major part of my quest for a stroker motor. Tony tells me we will be able to do it in a day. I'm curious what you guys think.

I didnt have the equip or the space, but the word on the street is if you take it out thru the bottom (prefered) it will take 1hr-3hrs. If you have the right intake plate (happy hooker) then probably the same, but with alittle more hassle.

Either way, a day would be enough with the Bull$hiting and coffee breaks.

Great time to spruce up the 'ol engine bay.

Rob

Well that's cool. Like I said I've never done it so it will be a learning experience. As far as sprucing up the engine bay, it will probably take longer to get it looking nice than removing the engine in the first place. Some others can verify that. ;)

I can vouch for that dave you might want to get yourself about twenty bottles of simple green and start scrubbing. J/k you probably think it's worse than it is. Robs right you can do it in a day with bullShi%%ing around but I bet if you worked at it you could have it done in about 6hrs. It goes so quick when your taking stuff out but it takes forever putting it back in.
