After the Headers, Gears, and 29.5" only picked me up .01...
people told me the tire was too damn big...
So I go borrow some 26" here are the results...
Slower 60'
Slower 330'
Slower 1/8
Slower mph
Slower 1/4
Slower 1/4 mph
13.09 @ 103.91 w/ 1.87 60'(leaving at 1,000 RPMs) and 13.13 @ 104.1 w/1.88 60' (Leaving at idle)
So if we rule out the tires.... why didn't 4.10 gears and headers pick me up! WTF! I noticed the surging on the top end was worse than ever since the car crosses the line at 6,400 RPMs so I figure its running out of fuel ....
I put Vicegrips on the return line and clamped it so it appeared 75% restricted.... the surging went away... the mph picked up 2!!!
I have a NEW fuel pump... my duty cycles are at 95%...
Has my motor outgrown its injectors? Its Friggen STOCK! I thought LT1s were capable of supporting 375 no problems before needing an injector change.

Unless your doing back to back comparisons within the same hour preferrbly (at least the same day at least). If not the data is basically meaningless. Can you say with outa doubt the weather was exactly the same between the two different days of testing. Was there a weather correction factor for both days to compare?

Hm ... I don't give much about temperature - ran my best on the V6 at high 80s and sucked in the 70s ... (even removed the air filter for one run) Oh well... too many other parameters go into that ...

I would say that you are now at the stock injector limit. Injectors shouldn't be ran to much over 80% cycle. I would get you some 36lb injectors and a program, or if you plan on runing more power in the future, go with 42lbers for just a tad more money. Summit has good deals on them, or look for a used set. I just got some 50s for the new heads/cam and supercharger setup, and they are damn expensive.

Ok I have access to "borrow" a set of 42lbers we ended up not even using when building a supercharged car.... (used FMU only)
Using LT1 edit do I just punch in the Injector size, hit apply, and it scales all the tables automatically for the new injectors?

I hope you're not planning on using the FMU permanently. I've only heard of it as being a temporary "band aid". You will have a way better setup on with the 42s on the supercharger car with a good tune. I also can't see you needing that big of a injector on a N/A stock motor. I got some 32s that would work great for you but are too small for what I want to do.
