Is there any place here that does engine machining, to include the whole 9 yards.

Boring, mag-flux, splaying, etc...

if so do they do a good job and how are the prices?

OR would i be better off having it done in the states

Get with Tony, http://www.tonysworkshop.de or get it done before you ship the engine. I personally would have it shipped to me finished..... Less room for error.....
