It looks like a cowl inducted hood with rally striping.

Maybe just me, but I like cowl hoods.
As a bonus, drawing the air from the cowl, is much more efficiant than from the front, + there is no added drag.
Its not really needed because there are no higher intakes for the Fbodies, but it does give the car a nasty attitude. A 4" or bigger cowl, now that is getting alittle much.

Quote: Really, I didn't ask "what is this?" I asked "how dumb is this?" I know what it is.
Luckily I can count to ten, whipper snapper .
The way a cowl hood works is that it picks up high pressure air which builds up on the windshield cowl , since the air under the hood is low or of lower pressure ,the air takes the path of least resistance. The closer the hood cowl is to the windshield cowl the more efficient.

I really like the cowl induction hoods too. You can see over them better that whats in the picture, looks like the camera may have been lower than normal eye level.
At least I sit higher than that in my car

Yeah, I figured that once I looked at it a couple times, but it's just not my style, that's all.. I'm glad everyone else likes it, though...

Well I'm up to 10 stickers now with 20 more on the way will that suffice???
I only like the 2" cowl hoods... I wouldn't want a 4".... so there is somthing else I don't want for the car Jaz!
