And it is no way worth 14,5XX $. Car is in Fair to good shape . Its a repo so any reasonable offer will get the car.

On more thing this car has been sitting for almost a year.

D@mn - why don't such offers come up when you're looking for a car??? My 'vert is great, but a T/A for that price ... oh well ...

Alright Roy, now I am scared of the car. Please give a detailed discription of what is wrong with the car. Is the paint all scratched up? Does it look like it has ever been in an accident? Does it look like a cat sparpend it's claws on the interior? Is there a huge oil puddle under it? Are the windows still there, any cracks? The car's Blue Book is $13,975 if it is in excellent condition.

From what you are telling me I should offer 8-10K and see if the credit union will bite. I would just have to see this car because I don't want a ragged out, nasty looking car with a shat interior.

Just because it's a repo doesn't mean something's wrong with it. It wouldn't hurt to go check it out. They always ask too much, but like Roy said, just make an offer. They'd probably take about anything, since it's been there so long!

Nothing to be scared of the , the cars paint is good the interior is fair because of the worn seats in the front. I have not seen under the hood but if there are leaks then it is fair for the engine. I cannot tell if it has been in a wreck because the car has not been washed in ages.
The credit union always ask for high book, because their in it to make money. Plus some unsuspecting cherry will go up there and pay sticker price for it.
If it was me I would shoot a low book price minus 500$.

Just remember credit unions and banks don't care about people , they care about money.
