OK, I'll be ordering my new engine in the beginning of Dec. I'm looking at 3 different possibilities. My car will not be a daily driver, but it will be a weekend warrior. Which would you do?

If money is no concern, I think I would go with the supercharger setup. I haven'y heard of a proven turbo setup, and the nos always has the potential of blowing up the engine. Just my opinion.

I clicked TT!! I just like turbos better than superchargers, especially when there are two of them!!

The 409 supercharged. Your looking at a serious engine when it's finished.

The turbo thing is a bust IMO, sure it would make the most power when it worked, but unless your name is Dutweiller or Spetter then there could be problems.
The buildup for the SC or spray, would be pretty much the same. You need the same equipment for either, and I really doubt N20 would lunch more parts than a S/C (I'm sure your planning at least 12-18psi).
I remember you were thinking A.R.E. for the motor, and I would follow they're lead. They seem to build alot more engines for N20 then S/C. ala the 9sec LT1/LS1 and the soon to be 8sec LT1.
I picked the dual stage 455. Direct port of course.

I am definately going with ARE, and Nick is the one that game me some alternatives to the iron block setup. They are having alot of succes with their twin turbo motors. That is what got me thinking about something other than the iron block. He is sending me some TT info and specs, but he said the results are phenomenal!!! 800+HP and 1200+ Ft LBS are possible.
I'm probably going to swap trannies to a built auto also.

You said it wasn't going to be your daily driver, so I would have to say go turbo! If the car was going to see street time, then I would say the ATI SCer. But you have implied the car is strip only and the only real power for that is turbo. IMOP!

I would go with the Iron block TT with N2O and a 4500 stall converter if I had the money sounds like $20000 or so WOW good luck.
