These A$$holes sold me and made me pay for the ISDN boxes right. And here I am spending days trying to get this Frigen thing to work. This morning I get another package in the mail from telekom with more software to run there isdn, so I'm like cool here we go again. Well anyways I still couldn't get this thing to work Garry is probably calling me an idiot by now because of all the questions. So I said screw this and called telekom and do you know what they told me I'm sorry but you won't have ISDN in your area for another 6months to a year. Why in the F@#$ didn't they tell me that Shi% when I bought the Fuc%ing thing. So I told Them they need to remburse me and take back there stupid little boxes. I'll just keep using pre paid internet service. Sorry just a little ticked off and I needed to vent and my wife isn't here (probably a good thing). I just can't seem to figure out the thought process of this company why sell someone somthing knowing damn well it's not going to work and then not even tell them so they don't spend countless hours just waisting time. I'm about ready to quit this computer thing and go grab my self a wrench and do somthing I know. Thanks for listening without inturupting me I wish my wife would do that. J/K :) has this happened to anyone else.

Are you sure all you ordered was ISDN? Not T-DSL? ISDN should be available virtually everywhere ...
Anyway, that kind of behaviour or "quality" of service is normal for german Telekom ...

I talked to the customer service rep and he took my telephone number down. Andf he told me that I ordered ISDN and then he told me what he told me. I don't really think that sounds right since it's run through phone lines. Then again I really don't know to much about it to begin with. I guess it's worth looking into a little further before I send it back.

ISDN is run over the phone lines. DSL is a different story. Anyone with a phone line should be able to run ISDN. You have to have your puter set properly though. ;) I'm running old school phone line through Arcor.
