400 km, 5 hours and a f**king storm later:

New exhaust and a few toys to work on ;-)

I already set to doing that LS1.com mod with the saw, only iÃ‚Â´m gonna use some race mesh-wire to keep the dirt out.

Polished and cleaned the lid already, ready for painting.

Will have the exhaust cleaned and chromed or at least coated silver.

I tried around a bit on plastic scraps, looks like it will be zinc spray as bottom and then a touch of chrome spray on the still wet paint (cramming that airbrush out of the box after 3 years) - Will have the letters filled in red and rimmed black though.

Regarding the exhaust (stock US Z28) - anybody knows if this is stainless steel? If it is, iÃ‚Â´ll have the tips sandpapered and then polished - if itÃ‚Â´s not iÃ‚Â´ll have zinc spray on these, too.

I heard it is a low grade stainless steel. But It will rust.
