Now I know you are just being nice, and playing naive. 32V 4.6 with 8psi is plenty of go. And you know damn well, that you can run 12psi (and probabally are) safely. Down on power? I dont think so Tim.
Hawk
You have 500rwhp? From LS6 parts?

Not exactly that is the infamamous air dyno!!!! But I should have 600@ the flywheel if the combination is right.) Something is telling me I am close or at least it smells that way she can barely burn all the fuel it is getting. All I can say is the old engine was a little shy mouse compared to this fire breathing dragon I have now!!! Disclaimer I can not back it up with numbers yet. But my butt says talk alot of smack. The combination has only a couple slightly modified LS6 parts in it and a couple of custom things that I would not want to waste your time with??? John I will let you lead and and I will pass you on a clear a/bahn easily. This thing has alot of top end so if I start in front you will loose sight of me quick. LOL sounds like fun 1/4 mile I will put a car length+on you out the hole.

I know I could put a smaller pulley on and maybe add some water injection to keep detonation at bay. For real though, stock Vortech pulley and chip. Thought about the Vortech aftercooler but it's 1400.00 bones for 30-40 more HP. What I need is a suspension like yours comes with from the factory, then I may add some HP. No confidence in my suspension design over 150mph. Need to redo some stuff before I meet up with one of you guys on the autobahn. Once I do that I can actually go into boost and use it (hopefully) But the car's got to feel right at 150+

Just on parts? I agree. Where could that extra power come from? Hmm...

That sounds like alcohol abuse!!! I am going on the A/bahn today. This thing runs disclaimer I must still tweak/tune it a little.

How can you doubt someone when you don't even know what they have? At least find out first, and then doubt!

Your serious right? Do you realize what you have to have to run those numbers NA, nevermind on a stock shortblock.
I'm sure that Hawk has his ducks in a row, but if that car is still streetable, has no power adder, and is only a heads/intake/cam car, then he has about as much chance of laying down a additional 200-300hp as Afghanistan has of joining NATO.

THANKYOU ROB! Unless of course he has a 150-200 shot and if not properly run say bye-bye. Top end for me is in the 1__+ range and she is stable. Just ask the 01' 911TT who saw borla tips and black smoke from the PE mode.
For the amount of money spent and the parts you have ( I won't disclose the amount but I KNOW) you aren't in 600-500 hp range and that's at the fly I'm talking bout. NAAAWSSS of course but are you sprayin? PSJ, Colonel, Pepper are running Super Strokers and don't have that kind of power 550rwhp for one of them not sure who but he's got 15K plus in the thing w/ PRO Tuners. Mind you these are 422-427ci respectivley w/ aggressive head and cams! Air dyno?! okee dokee....... Even w/ the TR cams out most of the guys w/ the setups w/ LS6 heads & intake are 450 @ the wheel at best. Like I said before PIPE DREAM. Care for some more crack?
