Well, I pick the Z up from Dallas. What a bunch of yahoo's. The car is covered in swirl marks from them washing it with wire wool! They didn't dry it and it's covered in water spot. The biggest thing is the bottomed it out getting it on and off the truck. The have scrtached the front bumper lip and taken a nice chunck of paint off and put some red paint on. Scratches all the way along the underside of the car and the bent the drivers side pipe on the exhaust, so it looks like Dave!!. Then they wouldn't do a claim for the exhaust or the dinged tip since the tip wasn't an inspected item and the exhaust was considered hidden damage. So now I have to go through legal to get it fixed. Anyone heard from George whether he got his car yet?
It's nice to be driving it again. I just need to do some work to get her up to scratch again!

Looks like mine, huh?? Mine looked the way it did because of those shipping bastards too. That's old news because mine will have a completely new exhaust.

Typical of dealers - no respect.
Hope the motor runs well.

I have to do a claim through legal, but they should do it.

Mine is a brand new exhaust Dave! :)

You should be OK Scott, your car isn't lowered. I think that played a big part in it, cause the whole under carriage was caught. Now Howie would be screwed! I took and had it washed today and it looks better. As soon as I get my camera sorted, I will post the pics of the damage.

So when's the car going to be ready Dave?

Hey welcom to the miliary messed up my F-body club. They scratched my entire door, seperated the front bumper piece, scratched the underside and took a nice chip out of the back left fender. I went through legal and they suck. The lady was a Bit#$ she gave me $50.00 for the sctartch and nothing for the front bumper she said it happened from age. The chip in the back she said was marked on the sheet (NOT!!!) they have and imaginary mark system it's called if they can't find it they'll make one up. To make a long story short Legal completly blows the big one at least here in germany. I did get the car fixed for a nice sum of $1800.00 DM. I wish you luck on your new adventure and try to remain calm when they try and give it to you I know I didn't. Good luck!

Soon as that fu@$%ng 383 short block gets here. The story now is 3-5 days BAX air freight. Left US 6 days ago on saturday. But that doesn't take customs into account. Probably another 2 weeks.
