Did your wife make sure she ran them in a high resolution so we can get decent printouts @ 300dpi at least? My original version is somewhere around 2500 pixels high ...

They all can be set at any resolution once one is decided on. They are set at 72 dpi for web use.

Number 1 or 5. They're pretty much the same, exept for the URL, aren't they? Maybe change the flames a little to look like Hotrod flames instead of real flames?

All of them look great. Good work! I like the #5. But if you could turn the #8 into one of those ovals, like on the German cars, I would probably pick that one.
