So, by this theory, I could buy the parts for my POV also... to get to work in a more timely manner. Hmmmmmm. Jack you got any buddies that work in Manheim... I might be there in a while.

The S-4 said that I couldn't use the IMPAC for my POV, so I just used the Gov't travel card. They won't know until it is too late.
