I was using my guard post at the gate as a recruiting trap. I saw a notice red 3rd gen GTA come in so I pull him over to bomb search the guy but then I start telling him about the club and looking over his stock GTA. It is real interested and I cant wait to start wrenchin on that car of his(350 TPI) to get him some more grunt!

We want to do some basic free mods to his car, as there is somone here I want to set him up with to race. A cocky guy with about a 94-ish Talon turbo AWD, which is stock. Who do you think will win? I figure we can advance his timing, gut the cats and get him some cold air induction and he should be able to take out the talon for sure. What do you all think?
