OK, for the registration, I will need the following information from anybody who wants to go there ...
- Name, First Name, Address
- Car Make/Model, Licence Plate
- Number of people (remember, all passengers apart from the driver have to pay, too ...)
- what parts of the meeting you want to take part in (see the registration form on the other thread ...)
Please post your registration until Sunday, May 19th - I will forward the information to them and will also take care of the money transfer.
Please note also that once you are registered, the money is due no matter if you make it or not ...
If possible I would prefer to get the money transfered to my account from all, but for the guys and gals with US accounts here, I guess I'll be able to take cash, also ...
I recon we should be able to get at least a 30EUR or maybe even 60EUR rebate (which would be 20 participants), which somebody here could use to pick up either some BBQ food or drinks for the event ... anybody volunteering?

BTW: I am still going, either get new engine in the Camaro or will have another one until then. If licence plate number needed take the PS-AX 606 - we change the number later on.
Will bring my daughter and my Chief Mechanic,
participate in everything.

Did some of the posts in this thread get lost? I could've swore I posted my information already. Oh well, here it is again:
Robin Boylan
1981 Camaro
License plate St 7937 (subject to change as I will have new plates by then)
Rhoenstr. 14
97490 Poppenhausen
Will be participating in all events. I'll come by myself 99%. If not, it shouldn't be a problem to pay for a passenger once I get there.

Garry, have you talked to Chrom & Flammen about all of us getting in one area? If not, I have a phone number of someone at Chrom & Flammen I can talk to about it. I plan to go and will post my info tomorrow. How do we get the money to you? Please let me know. Thanks.
