I figued out the problem, had alot of little quirks with the NOVI. It runs pretty good now. Just hoping to have a good time this weekend. What did you have done to that Civic? I was crushed by that little episode! Almost went out and bought a Camaro, not! You wouldn't be the red SS that lit'em in front of the dorm and turned past the post office? If it is, nice car!

Yeah, that was me, Red SS. Thanx for the kind words. Glad to hear you got the NOVI worked out. I heard you were at the hobby shop telling them about my civic after that day. As for the civic, The engine was 100% stock internally, but I was running 11psi of boost on it and had the usual bolt ons. Very good combo as you could tell, but I just wanted more so I sold it and this club found me the car I have now. I was looking for a Fox body mustang, but when they told me about the SS, I just couldn't pass it up. My SS is basically stock for now, just cat back, short shifter, kevlar racing clutch, and power shot air filter. I leave in August and have plans for it when I hit the states, cam, gears, and nitrous to start. I would like to check out your set up on Saturday. Talk to ya then. Peace

Hawk I'll be at a slight disadvantage. Driving around today after work practicing on my launch the infamous opti took a dump. Or it's on it's way out. But I'll still race ya because I'm like that. LOL. When I sputter @ around 3-4K rpm and start making popcorn be sure to get some! ha-ha.
I'm going to change my plugs out tomorrow and see if that cures my hiccups. Those plugs have been flooded many a time so who knows.
Anyone wanna donate some LS1 coils?

Hm ... I see a couple people on this thread saying they're coming, but they're not on the registration list ... if you don't care about saving €10, that's fine - otherwise, here's the link again ... no obligation ... http://www.osl-racing.de/en/register.html
Hope to see many of you guys at Bitburg --- wanna beat a couple of you again in Bracket ...

Can you post the people who are pre-registered? I registered, but with out any confirmation from the site I don't know if it went through. I did receive an email from you with the udates, so I assumed it took? Just wondering if it did. Thanx

I did not recieve any conformation on the pre-registration and I have not recieved any updates. Am I in? Also has anyone talked about going out for a ride around the town after the races? Not much to see around Bitburg but the locals might get a kick out of the American muscle cars. The down pour just ended here in Speicher, so I hope that the weekend will be clear.

I am going to be there in the new firebird. I should have the intitial break in completed by this saturday at race time. I am still not very good launching this car , I m still used to the camaro with an automatic. Although the 6spd is more fun to drive. I registered on the osl site but I dont know if I am late or what. How far is it from Wurzburg to Bitburg do you think? And what time should I leave on Sat? I cant leave Friday because I am the unit armorer. Anyway see ya'll there.

Yeah drive downtown Bitburg, be loud and play on the street,
and then be sure that was the last time we had the Bitburg track!!! All it takes is just one persons complaint.

no prob as long you don't get loud and do burnouts and all that good stoff, or run into concrete walls... I just know how difficult it was to get the track for you
*bunch of wild american kids don't need to be heated up for streetracing*
that was not my words, but something I was told several times while I was trying to get the track and set everything up.
Last not least the Polizei.
