OK, the confirmed participants add up to 17 People and 14 cars ... I'm waiting for info what the final charge is (especially for the 1/4 licence ...) All of you who have not put what you want to take part in I put down for the parade ...
Please note:
- 1/4mi will require a one day racing licence - they'll probably rip off the people (got to make sure we take OSL flyers! BIG Flyers!), I asume it'll be more than €25 or so as for OSL ...
- show&shine requires presence from Sat 900 through Sun 1700! Taking into account the distance to drive for some of you guys (and gals), you may not want to stay that long or might not be able to show up in time ...

Take A9 towards Berlin, when it crosses A4, take that towards the east ... guess we'll be putting together two convoys ... One that goes through A5 north and to A4 (where I'll join it), and the other coming from the Bavaria region ...

Hawk, I'm thinking of going up there this weekend for the ASCAR races at the Euro Speedway. Just to check out how long it will take. It's up by Dresden.

Garry, I'm heading out Saturday morning for Lausitz/Euro Speedway for 2 days to watch the races and check on the route. Also find out on camping and possibly a list of whats happening for Chrome & Flamen meeting. I've got the article from C&F just like to check ahead of time.

Ok, finally got a reply about the race licence and children admittance ...
The weekend-licence for the 1/4 runs is 10€, children up to 12 years come in for free ...
Also, there are day/weekend tickets for people without cars (sent a mail back how much they are ...)
If there are any changes to what you posted before, let me know before tomorrow night ... FYI - for people who just posted they were coming without any further infos, I asumed they were only taking part in the parade ...

@Garry
Will we have our own club area?
Do I have to take part in show&shine to use it?

I have asked, but though they answered with the total cost, they didn't answer the question about the reserved space ... guess we just need to be there early enough to get a spot with ~20+ spaces free ...

Garry, let me know if I can help with anything. I'll be going back up to Lausitz 13-14 July for the DTM races. I'll ask if someone knows how it will be laid out.

OK, if you people have the possibility of transfering money to a german account, please do so ... if you do not have a german account, just bring the money either to Drachten, or give it to me when we go up there ...
Here's my account info:
Act#: 306175
BLZ: 532 500 00
Bank: Sparkasse Bad Hersfeld
Amnt: €30, or €40 if you signed up for the 1/4 runs
We get €30 rebate, so if anybody can pick up either some meat for BBQ or sodas or the likes ... that way we probably get more out of it than if everybody gets €2 back ...

Garry, if there are two of us going, do we need to do 30 or 60 Euros? My wife is going with me.
