I'm trying to persuade my girlfriend that she needs to trade her Astra for a '96 V8 Mustang. She doesn't need much persuading but her mother would not be happy. he he.

You need to see the Ultra Z hood on the front, straight up intense looking, sounds even better.

Im in the middle of getting a 327 stroker kit everything forged. I am waiting on my f-303 cam to come in. Last night I was trying to figure where in the hell I was going to mount my MSD6-BTM. With the Steeda max pipe I might be able to place it under it. I am thinking of going to an 8 rib system for when I go up to 12- 14 PSI. I am thinking of a 100 shot too just for those ace in the hole things. I know I need to redo my torque boxes before I get the boost. I have to call and see what is up with stroker kit. If they keep messing around Ill leave it as a 5.0 till I go back to the states. And Ill just redo my heads.

your doing the same thing I want to do, except I'm going for a 306 with S trim 12psi. First things first I need to get the 31 pline axles and do the 5lug conversion as well as electric fans and water pump, and the cheap thing, TFS street heat heads. I know the T5 wont last, so a TKO is on the list as well, and 3.55's, the 4.10's are killing me with a 5 speed.

As far as your MSD, certainly your going to/or have relocated the battery. There is space for days once you do that.

One question, why do you want a single grind cam like the FMS family. (I'm no one to talk I have a E cam), but there are much better blower cams (lunati, Crane).

Well, later
BTW John your car quite simply ROCKS!!!!

Thans Rob. I'll be there provided the new paint job is complete. But I'll be there regardless. Jack the rims are done. I think I need some black lug nutz though. The chromies are growing on me though.

Thanks to you R4C. Yeah I use to bring her out everyday before she passed. But w/ the stroker it's a wkend car only unless the weather is nice during the wk. Get too much attention at the gate from cops. Nothing negative...aside from their fillings getting loose in their mouth. They salivate so much when they see it I have a automatic burnout box right at the gate. When they're no cars around they let me rip right at the gate. ;)

If you look at the Saleen catalog they have some bullit proof T-5's for pretty cheap. As far as the cam I have a friend who is having pretty good luck with it. I would bore it but I dont trust any of the machine shops around here. Ill wait till I get back to the states before I do it.
