Garry, I forgot til I was driving back, I should of let you keep the 30 Euro's for C&F registration. Got the paperwork in the mail Friday. I'll get you the money up there. Went up yesterday for the DTM races. From Vilseck it was 220 miles/3 hours.

If it's on your registration confirmation, you should be good ... got it yet?

The following people were registered through the group registration ... please make sure you get your confirmation in the mail by tomorrow or so (and bring it to the event) ... "+1" means including additional passenger ... Children under (or up to?) 12 are free ...

Jack Fountain
Dave Brooks
Silke Beer +1
Bruce Sweeney
Gilberto Chacin
Robin Boylan
Alex Banker
John Salverson
Richard Clark
Jerry Montgomery +1
Robert Tedrow
Paula Tedrow
Christoph Müller Phillips Sohn +1
myself

That adds up to a total of 14 cars ... additional spectator tickets can be bought at the gate AFAIK, don't know about additional car entries ...

Can we bring some extra parts to sell? I got some stuff I need to unload. Do you think our camping area is somewhere close to the cars.

Distance - no idea (don't they have a layout on their webpage?). Parts for sale - well, oficially, there was an extra checkmark-place on the registration form when you wanted to sell stuff ... as you are coming with your truck, maybe you can just pack the stuff on the back and stick a small sign on either the parts or the truck ;)

well I´d need a passenger ticket, so if you have one available I´d take it... if you need it yourself I shouldn´t have any problems paying for the passenger up there right ?

I'm sure they want the extra money... passengers don't need parking space.

Good idea, I may stick a For Sale sign on the truck too.
I would hate to park in the in pit area and sleep somewhere in the boonies. Might have to pull a Hawk and sleep in the truck. I'm just waiting for the 21:30 table dance. Anyone from our club participating in the Table Dance?

I transfered the money yesterday (30EUR, you should get 10 EUR back because we were not charged for the racing license..).

I don´t know if Garry could change the name for the registration and he gets a new ticket or if he has to use your ticket..? :-dunno:

His address is:
Roger Germer
Ernst-Faber-Str. 9
96450 Coburg

the ticket has a Number on the top left, which I believe is the registration/ticket number.

sample: CFL-2002-999
(Chrom Flame - year 2002 - guest number 999 ??)

Before you put it into the mail I suggest to scan it and send it per email or fax with a short note like:

Sold this ticket for 30 Euro to the other Fbody-Clubmember
soundso ...

just in case the mail is not arriving in time.
