OK, here's a few pictures from the weekend ...
All in all, it was a pretty nice event - lots of cars, pretty good weather (nice and warm Sat afternoon through Sunday early afternoon - actually real warm Sunday morning through afternoon ...)
The "big parade" (at least the one I was in) seemed more like a "big funeral" (somebody from the FBE-guys said that - can't remember who) - we drove 4 rounds behind a pacecar, during the "run" I was in two cars broke down (one 2nd gen) ... ended up with an average of 36km/h / 20mph ... some people tried slowing down a bit and gunning it on the start/finish line ... somehow, Mike managed to get kicked off after the second round
The quartermile runs were kind of a joke ... while there were quite a few interesting cars taking part (2nd gen with pretty bad engine, a Semi, two old beetles, two or three Vipers, ... and Bruce and Mike), they didn't even have anything close to quartermile equipement ... they used the regular start lights, and the finish line transponder ...
AFAIK, Bruce ended up having the third fastest time, Mike somewhere around place 8 or so ...
The ASCAR-runs were pretty nice, though not very spectecular, though there were a small and a bigger wreck on Saturday ...
Anyway, here's the pictures...

For the (N)ASCAR-fans, I did manage to get a couple pitlane pictures, won't find too many of them on the web ...

I have to say that you did an awesome job on the pictures, you almost got all the cars in the show, well maybe not all of them since there were hundreds but still .
All in all great to see everybody out there, and meet new members

Definitely not all of them ... got many of the ones from Saturday, but after one point or another, I stop taking pictures of boring cars and just stick with the better looking, extraordinary, ...

I didn't count, but actually I have the feeling F-Bodies had the Rustangs outnumbered 1.5 - 2 to 1 ... but then, many Rustangs parked together, making it appear like there were more there ... wish we could organize an F-Body-only meeting some time next year or so ... maybe get Opel to sponsor something ... (I know, slim chance ...)

Who is Mike? Is he/are you the one with the true duals? This just shows how much I've missed. How were those stock cars? Were they loud??

I got the shifter it takes 2 min to change BTW it is a legal high when you do it.
Mike is the guy with true duals and gets the prize for the loudest LS1
