Where can I get an ignition key made for my 92 RS. I am in the Ramstein Area.

There is a Chevrolet-opel dealer in the Hombug area, not far from Wal-Mart. If you need more directions let me know.

I know you said Ramstein area but there is a good key place on post in Vilsek

Got one made at the Chevy dealer in Homberg. Little word to the wise, Ask the price first.
Had them make it thinking it wouldn't be mroe than $30 giving the keys with the resistors are expensive. They charged me 52 euro and I had to pay since they already made it. (I thought they were joking when they asked for a VAT form)
Guess I won't be getting extra sets made here!
