What am I looking at? Looks like pieces of piston, but I can't really see anything in the pic..

OK, the dark grey piece is part of the cylinder wall ... badly scraped ... you can see part of the cooling ridges on the side ... you can find them on the intact cylinders of the other pic ... the smaller silvery pieces are what's left over from the piston ... the big piece was a nice hand warmer for a good 15 minutes ... actually, a hand burner the first 5 or so ... ;)
