If I'm not mistaken, some people do have a job, and possibly one they can't surf the net during the day ... also, it took you pretty long to even figure an answer to the previous post ... ;)

Yes during the day I have a job where I can only surf the net with military/gov related stuff... or they gonna get me!

hahaha...are you nuts!?!?...I like having money for other things besides gas, and exactly what would a cannon-ball run prove? I tell you what, me, you, a stretch of autobahn and a race from ~100kmh to 250kmh...sounds a little more sensible doesn't it?

You are boring, 100 - 250 km = pöh! If I race, I want a race where you need some brains, reliability and perseverance and not just some brick on the end of your right leg. If you want a short race then let's go on the quarter mile!
(Which I won 1st place in the year 2001 at my first try, did not seriously race this year because of broken foot with pins built in)

And yes, I am nuts! That is why I am SQUIRRELina!
Old nick out of my freestyle climbing times...
was climbing any rocks without hooks or rope - 300 feet above ground depending on fingers, toes, balance...

My next offer would be: let's do the race Paris - Dakar

I figure WTF, I may as well post on this tread, too. The bushy-tailed one has the right idea. Sounds like it would be fun to do anyway. Shutting up RFC would be a nice bonus, though.:P:-ok:

Sing it loud but I'd still have the Porsche before my carcass ever graced a 200SX. Now cut the crap and let's see those drag times.

Here's a real challenge, R4C - don't post until you've got your new quarter mile time. No, no need to acknowledge, I just bet you can't do it.

are you on crack? I thought i told you i ran 14.2 at the last race! the printer was down, so we didn't get timeslips, just a piece of paper with reaction time and et...ask anyone that was there. And what does 1/4mile times have to do with highway running....nothing too much...highway races rely more on gearing aerodynamics and your power curve, whereas 1/4 drags rely on traction, a broad power band and favors strong low-end torque as well as weight.

What car number did you have?
And yes, to all the folks not there last time - the printer in Bitburg was down ...

Mike I knew that car had ballz! What was the trap speed that's what we wanna know? Obviously you hooked. Just imagine those heads are only gasket matched. That's a sweet time posted that's for sure. I guess your trap was around 110-113mph maybe more. Let us know.

I've just been reading through some ultimate Japanese Performance mag with some ultimate shootout and there are about a dozen cars, mainly all tuned to the hilt running the quarter. Strange how all those cars seem to have had comprehensive bottom end rebuilds and forged pistons to cope with the power. Now let's see, a std Supra TT ran a 14.4, a tuned to the hilt GTi-R ran a 14.4 but honestly, considering the thousands these guys have poured into HKS, big turbos, big intercoolers and injectors, there's nothing particularly outstanding. The Skyline that ran the quarter in the 11's at 142...yes, that was impressive..and expensive, lots, lots, lots more than any LS1. Yes, we read the 14.2...so you're as fast as an LT1. Good on ya. I'll take the LT1. I also shaved off the mullet when I became a barrister but thanks for asking.
 ...I wonder when you are going to stop posting bs....I don't know who you are trying to fool, maybe the people on this board that know nada about turbo-imports, but you sound like an idiot to me. I guess I have to say it 1 million and 1 times, my car is not built for drag, and I would absolutely kill a relatively stock LT-1 on the highway, period! And for anyone with one who wanna question whether i can, all they need to do is call me out! I'm ready for the LS-1 crowd now. Hmmm...thats' funny, last time I checked my 300zx was running 8.3's in the 1/8 mile with 2.1 sixty foot, with me granny shifting and the boost turned down....only mods were ecu, exhaust and k&n filter, ha! the nearest LS-1 was running 8.5's with better sixty foot times....I'm VERY SURE that beats your 13.8 1/4 mile run ;)

I think he was being sarcastic too!! Did you run the SS Mike? If you don't believe he could run that E.T. R4C, you had better think again.

Ah, we're back on the 300ZX now are we....which in your modified form is quicker than my stock LS1 time. See, not so hard to admit that someone else's car is faster is it? But then a used stock 300ZX TT costs the same or more than a used LS1 and a stock one is slower so the point would be...?
I'll also believe what I read in a Japanese Performance magazine every single time since they do these tests to sell magazines and I doubt any of the cars tested were set up for drag racing (what does that mean anyway...does anyone really set their car up for drag racing?). Unlike you, they have to stick with facts.
You came on this board to "stir things up" and all you've achieved is getting stirred up yourself. Looks like you're the idiot.

notice, i said my speed limiter is there, I was only turning 6k rpms at that speed, my redline will be 7.5k (stock is 7k)...do the math ;)...138mph!?!?! that's impressive! i give you props, but I won't worship you like these other clowns here do, and we are still gonna run on the bahn as soon as i'm done with this 200....you and your six million dollar car!...hahaha

Bruce, why don't you two do an Autobahn run prior to our get together, then we can all have fun at the meet ... ;)
