I will be rebuilding my T 56 and upgrading 3/4 shift forks from the Viper cast Iron VS alluminun. I am trying to get a performance rebuild done in Berlin with Bronze syncronisers. My tranny is OK but it needs a rebuild before I break something it is starting to grind during power shifting. It has locked in 4th before also.

Does that mean "not much" in relation to what you've spent on your motor, or "not much" meaning about the same cost as a case of Budweiser?
