Just changed the menu so that it will automatically open the chat in a new window ...

Jack, got the same problem. I can not chat OR type in a forum during the day on my government computer.
I always have to wait until I get home, and this gets expensive because this ******* t-offline will not give me dsl and/or flatrate...
