last night! It was pretty exciting, but at the end, I wasn't as hungry as I was going into it, what with all the rice and all!!
The scene with the Charger and the Supra was the best part. I'd say it was worth it, but you'll have to judge for yourselves!!

It's a bit far fetched, yet possible!! You can make any car fast if you're making hundreds of thousands, if not millions!!

You gotta be kidding me. The whole film is appalling, even the Charger bit where he does a wheelie when he's hardly moving. Still, you have to appreciate the effort that Hollywood puts into it's films. I've just been to see "XXX" which is a Vin Diesel plays James Bond Schwarzenegger, sailing a C5 off a high bridge. Having ordered a shedload of seemingly stolen Ferraris to get in with this extreme organisation in (of all places) Prague, he orders himself a Pontiac GTO (well, as you would) which ultimately metamorphoses into one of the finest handling high speed cars in the world (an obvious choice then). Thank the lord that everyone can ride and drive to such exceptionally high standards. Fortunately, all the vampires in "Blade II" are similarly blessed in the ability to stunt-ride motorcycles although Blade's Charger makes another token appearance. That's set in Prague too - must be cheap!

I just saw XXX last night. When I was there in August, I saw that rocket thing sitting next to the river bank as my wife and I enjoyed a river ride. I'm pretty sure we took a picture of it, too. We must have gotten there soon after they filmed it. That is the setting for a lot of movies lately, to include Goldmember.
I don't care what anyone says, Fast and Furious was a badass movie. If you cannot appreciate the time and money put into that movie, I am sorry.

Seen the triple-X a week ago, had the same thoughts.
Cool Stunts, nice cars (hm, they did not crush Ferraris) but I was wondering if I missed to read the subtitle (where it says something like James Bond - Remake)
Good enough to watch a second time.
