[quote= BTW... you still need some car for winterdriving, right?
Will look out for good offers ...[/quote]

Hey Iam here!!! :D Bought a 1990 Opel Vectra for 1700 euro. Thanks for the looking out, though. Clean and in good shape. New winter tires, too. Found a nice place in Bitburg (city) with a GARAGE. I finally have my own garage. (Sorry, but that is a big thing for me!) Anyway, the Z is still "enroute".

glad to hear you are doing ok...

I agree, a garage is a good thing to have, couldn't do without...

wish you nice Holidays in Bitburg... no snow scheduled for the
coming week.

I will be in Bitburg beginning of 2003.

ähem... I am just holding my winter sleep if anybody is wondering...
and besides that, I am in a fight with telekom...
they don't want to give me DSL so I don't want to give them any more money...
at least for a while... a little while.

OK I have been busy on some other commitments and since it has been brought to my attention more than once about things being a little dull here I guess I will have to put in my two cents.

This holiday season has been very quiet and relaxing for me. I have been spending a lot of time away from home but I have been somewhat around.

I have been pissing off John (white Z28 red stripes) because I come to see him at the fuel station at the oddest times (5 am sunday morning) just to put in one dollar's worth of gas just to top off the tank. Then I go and get my motorcycle ( I put the battery back in) and put 50 cents worth of gas in it just to top off the tank.

He already knows I crazy but he thinks something is not right in my equation.

I do most of my refueling off post but when I won't be driving for at least a couple days I always make sure the fuel tanks are topped off.

But I also get up very early in the mornings ( when there is no ice and when it is not too wet) to go hit some good roads nearby.

Traffic is minimal, and the german police are not around too much looking out for my car or my bike. It's easier to see them also because around here they will be the only other vehicle on the roadway.

FAMLY TIME--

LT-1 (wife)

Hayabusa (girlfriend)

My LT-1 (my wife)start's off with a nervous deep bass idle as I calmy send it on it's way. The temp comes up and The sound of the LT-1 becomes overpowerfully muscular as the LT-1 (my wife) goes through her lower torque range and check for tire mating (and warming) with the road surface.

As I negotiate those Back Roads I utilize the middle power band which taps into the upper horsepower range. I can feel the chassis tightning up and the LT-1 (my wife) feel feels like some giant cat about to go for the kill. And whenever I know full throttle won't result in me spinning wildly off the road I open her up completely-- she lunges forward with the sound and the force of some giant killer tidal wave of energy as she soars clear over that huge broad, vast mountain of powerband and torque that is typical of the LT-1. My back end, rear tires drift out to the side calmy and controllably. I maintain the power. The rear tires and back end slowly come back in line as the tires heat, and hook up with the road. As the tires hook up an added thrust of forward momentum becomes apparent enough to wake up any part of me that isn't awake. This may often reapeat itself more or less as her automatic tranny goes through the gears, with exact computer controlled precision.

Negotiating corners I always position my wife for the best drive off the corners. She and my bike (wich is my girlfriend) is designed and set up for that. I brake early, get the weight transfered to the rear, get feedback from the front to let me know when to go and I let her spread her legs wide and go.

Two wheels (girlfriend) or four(wife) I always incorporate a little sideways movement as part of my signature trademark style, no matter what the road conditions are.

The same goes for my motorbike. But I also incorporate additional things like small high speed wheelies which are long in duration ( front tire is just a couple inches off the ground- results from getting a powerful drive at high speeds) and what I call a "skip and catch"or " skip and hop" some type of change in the character of the road, ie- elevation change , surface change- like going over a bridge-

which makes the back break traction and become airborne.

on my girlfriend (bike) this always happens when the front wheel is also airborne. And I often have the bike leaned over a bit. Definitely NOT FOR BEGINNERS.

with my wife - when this happens, I start feeling like a Rally Car Driver. But my wife does not wheelie. The faster she goes, the tighter she stays with the road (in a "perfect" world, she would have straight slicks on, and I would give her a weight reduction, but this is not a perfect world).

I have some other unexpected commitments but I am still around.

until another time.

Lus1fer. The past couple years I have been through some relationships that really hurt me.

They all told me that it really wasn't my fault, just that they had some issues and my life as a single male was too dominant.

They wanted some one who had faults like them. I did not have any.
I made all of them a better person and better women and I have positively bettered all of their lives....

But I guess it was too much for them or too good to be true, or it was not the "story book" or "soap opera"relationship they wanted.......whatever

I was a perfect gentleman, and still am. And they feel humbled around me.
and they were not used to feeling that way.

Don't get me wrong. Even though I keep to myself. The few people I socialize with regularly are female. Outside of F Body Europe, I don't socialize with any males.

They always let me down and dissapoint me, especially when women are involved.

And with the few women deserving of my respect...

they respect me as a true gentleman. And I respect them as the beutiful, mature, dominant (not weak) women that they are...

But generally speaking. I have had it. I still have an open mind, but i really don't care anymore about that subject.
