I was coming down from Kapaun, and this guy in a covertible, fox body Mustang was going over the speed bump at the same time I was. I looked at him, and he looked at me, and he gave me a wave! I was pretty surprised, but I waved back. I thought that was pretty neat, especially considering the fact that most f-body owners don't even wave!! Just thought I'd share that with you guys. It is a white convertible LX 5.0.......

Look out Jack you left yourself wide open on this one.
"I looked at him and he looked at me"
Was there a closet nearby , was he playing Village people "In the Navy".

That shouldnt be weird. I get way more "hi's" and waves by the mustang crowd than the GM people. Hell, most 4th gen's dont even look over at you to give you a dirty look, they just white knuckle the steering wheel, and stare at the stoplight.
Its a sad thing, but I've found most F-body people (4thgen and some 3rd) are arrogant, and mechanically clueless. Were as most of the mustang people are fairly down to earth, and really into they're car and car things. The competition is still there, but so is the respect.
If you disagree with this, then ask yourself. Why are most GM owners at the car shows, with billion dollar projects, and most of the Mustangers (new word ) at the race track? Dont believe it? Thumb through some magazines, or go to the events.

Boy, you're funny, Roy!!
Rob, it was just weird in the respect that it was the first time it happened!! I could get used to it, after all, it's a muscle car, and it's not an IMPORT!!

Hope we can change that in September ... Hey Roy, will you be going for something like "fastest of the contest" or so?

The DCA 100ASG will be in Nurnburg green teal Mustang GT his name is chrarles he has invited some other mustangs so I am sure we can get ourselves into some discussions. These guys are cool but I do not think they are ready to tangle with the GM f-body.

I think my engine is going to blow in the next five miles I should just go ahead and order the 383 stroker kit early. But wait the 383 won't run without a 15 pound intercooled supercharger. I wonder how much she's picked up on cars? Maybe I should stop telling her stuff, She's getting to smart. I actually have to break my stuff just to get something earlier than planned. LOL she's not that bad.
