WTF? Stop cleaning my house long enough to go to the mailroom and send those rings out.

No offense, dear, but if I was really convinced that Tony had started fixing the car already, I would have already mailed the piston rings. You know how I feel about this...

Yeah, you are prolly right. But then again if you don't call him, you won't know, will you? I remember his email saying that he needed them. Why don't we just wait until I get back to do it? Then I will work on your car. Don't try and do anything I asked while I am away. I guess you mis-spoke when you said that 'we' were waiting on Tony... it seems he is waiting on you, honey.

I don't mind helping out. I would much rather be in the craft shop than suck behind a desk. My 1SG is willing to give me time "off" to help out the people left behind (spouses). She has even found a truck for me to fix! I guess that means that she'll let me do my "job" and work on cars instead of doing paperwork. She said that I can take Wed. or Thurs. to help you out with the tranny. Don't worry about paying me. Since I'm doing my "job", I'll work for food. Call or e-mail me and let me know whats going on. Kevin.

Hey Kevin, thank you! I know I said I'd give you a call the other day, but I didn't...doh! I will call you about Weds. or Thurs. Is there a day that is better for you? My only concern right now is being able to get my car from where it is parked to the craft shop. Like I said before, the battery, I think, is dead, and starting the car anyway will cause all the transmission fluid to spew. Not pretty. If you have any ideas, feel free to share.
Rob, dear, thank you for putting me in my place and I will now consider myself told.

You mean I still got it, even being this far away? Wow, cool.
Kevin, thanks for your help.

I don't think you are going to be coming here, we aren't with the rest of the bunch. We are in the Holy Land. So it will prolly have to be a beer (with BBQ of course) at the house when I get back.

Yeah, I think you still have it. While helping swap out trannies, she kept talking about you and how she's letting you do whatever you want to your car. Keep this one. (Both wife and car ) Hope to see you soon. (Hopefully here rather than there!)

Oh gosh, Kevin, you're going to get me in trouble! Now he's going to order that carbon fiber dash...*groan* Not looking forward to that bill!
Thanks again for all your help! I haven't checked on the filter yet, but I'll be heading up to Leighton a little later to see if they have one. I'll call you later. Take care,
Paula
