Rule one: Race but do not say the word 'Race' in Germany.
(requires permits, laws, driver lizences, doctor certificates...)
Rule two: On public roads is no slicks/nitrous or other raceparts allowed,
therefore do not call those raceparts legal.
Do not call those cars street legal. On the track - different story.
So we do a call a Test and Tune, but we will .... ? right! 100 points to you!
We will have the same fun as we would name it race...
And we will have two groups... the 'streetcars' and the 'others', which got
a little more... 'cause we do a test and tune on the track.
BIG rule: no car allowed louder than 98dB at 3800 rpm, no matter what car it is... everything else I can stick in somewhere...
