You can check out http://www.cz28.com , it's a forum similar to this one or you can check out http://www.car-part.com . It'll show you parts from junkyards all over the states. I found a junkyard, Will's Wrecker in NY that shipped me parts which I received in less than a week.

How local? Is Kulmbach too far for you? What is it you need? I imagine that you want to see the parts before you buy, right? Kulmbach is about 1 hour north of Grafenwoehr. I have a friend there who might be able to help. Let me know if this is acceptable for you.
