The part # is 14101074 . It does appear that a fitting broke off near the distributor hold down. It is broken off flush and is located between the two mounting holes on the right rear. Vacuum port possibly? Other than that it looks great. There is a block off plate for the egr that is already installed. It is a four hole spread bore intake.
